[Hong Kong, March 2023] Multi-award winning Chef Shane Osborn from The Arcane Collective will be popping up at Mandarin Oriental, Macau for two nights only, on Friday 10 March and Saturday 11 March, 2023. Cooking alongside Shane will be Jason Wolf, Sous Chef at Arcane, The Arcane Collective’s flagship Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant.
Serving Arcane’s modern European cuisine with a 6-course tasting menu crafted specially for the occasion, Friday 10 March will be a Chef’s Table evening (1,978 MOP pp) including a wine pairing curated by Eddie McDougall. Diners can expect dishes such as Sautéed potato gnocchi, ricotta stuffed yunnan morels, truffle emulsion, and Yuzu and lemon posset, white chocolate tuile, blood orange and yoghurt ice cream.
On Saturday 11 March, the team will be taking over Vida Rica, Mandarin Oriental, Macau’s signature fine dining restaurant. Made with the finest seasonal produce from Japan, France and the UK, the 6-course tasting menu (1,488 MOP pp) also comes with an optional wine pairing (+ 488 MOP).
