[Hong Kong — 28th April, 2026] After opening the first TATE Dining Room on Elgin Street in 2012 and moving to its current location in 2017, Cheffe Vicky Lau announces today that the Hollywood Road location will serve its final dinner on Saturday, June 27, 2026, ahead of a planned move and reopening in summer 2026.
Vicky Lau, Chef-Owner of TATE Dining Room states: “Curiosity has always defined my relationship with Hong Kong,” said Cheffe Vicky. “From our humble beginnings on Elgin Street to the fine dining philosophy we’ve refined on Hollywood Road, TATE has always been built by people—our tireless team, our craft‑driven suppliers, and our guests who have trusted and supported us with their passion and time. Thank you.”
Cheffe Vicky continues: “My commitment to Hong Kong’s dining culture is stronger than ever,” she continued. “The next iteration of TATE Dining Room will reflect my vision of French Chinese fine dining, my love for Hong Kong, and a deep respect for craftsmanship in a world racing ahead. We look forward to welcoming everyone for a Hollywood Road farewell—and then to our next chapter this summer.”
