The Terrace at The Hari Opens for al-fresco season

[Hong Kong, September 2023] To celebrate the start of the cooler months, The Terrace at The Hari is launching a new seasonal drinks menu perfect for al-fresco cocktail hour. In addition, to help keep the party going well into winter, The Terrace at The Hari is also introducing the ‘This Is How We Roll’ weeknight offering, whereby guests can enjoy free flow of maki rolls and Martinis every Wednesday.

[Hong Kong, September 2023] To celebrate the start of the cooler months, The Terrace at The Hari is launching a new seasonal drinks menu perfect for al-fresco cocktail hour. In addition, to help keep the party going well into winter, The Terrace at The Hari is also introducing the ‘This Is How We Roll’ weeknight offering, whereby guests can enjoy free flow of maki rolls and Martinis every Wednesday.

The Terrace at The Hari’s new cocktail menu has been created to celebrate outdoor dining at this secluded oasis in the heart of Wan Chai. Highlights include Hana-Hana Shochu Highball made with Yanagita Senbouzakura, Lemon and Soda; or the Spritz Rosé made with Lambrusco Otello, Cantine Ceci, Prosecco Col de Salici Extra Dry, Orange and Sparkling Water; and the Hari 75 made of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut Champagne and The Hari Gin, a spiced aromatic take on the traditional London Dry that combines the warming spices of cardamom, cassia bark, star anise and cloves.

The Terrace at The Hari is also launching ‘This Is How We Roll’ - a weekly promotion guaranteed to keep the party going well into the evening. Available every Wednesday, guests can indulge in 120 minutes of endless Martinis and more while enjoying all-you-can-eat maki rolls. Highlights of the food menu include Shrimp Tempura served with chilli mayonnaise, avocado & cucumber, Zoku Roll served with cucumber, avocado, cream cheese, chimichurri and tare as well as the Hamachi served with ebi furai, avocado & ponzu emulsion.

Edward E. Snoeks, The Hari’s General Manager states, “The Terrace at The Hari is an extraordinary space, located in the centre of Wan Chai, but tucked away amongst dense tropical foliage. We have created a space here for people to have fun, enjoy after work cocktails, eat some delicious food, and maybe also have a bit of a party. As al-fresco season starts, this is only the beginning for The Terrace at The Hari!”

Located adjacent to Zoku Restaurant, The Terrace is an ideal venue for hosting al fresco drinks, dinners or events. The Terrace’s new cocktail menu is available from 1 September 2023.

‘This Is How We Roll’ promotion is available every Wednesday starting at HKD368 per person for 2-hours.
